Welcome to our new and improved online store! Over the past few months, we have undergone the process of updating and redesigning our website. Alongside Web Ninja Ltd and DigitalStream, we have made ordering from our store an effortless process - from browsing our range, to paying online, to nationwide delivery - our website is integrated with our in-store systems to deliver you a seemless experience, whether you are shopping online, in-store, or both!
Launching a new website is always an exciting event, even more so when it is the culmination of months of hard work and planning. We are always trying to improve the experience for our customers when they visit our store, so we hope you can find everything you need to build an eden of your own!
For our returning customers, you may have noticed a change in the categories on our products menu; we have updated this so it is hopefully easier for you to navigate and find what you are looking for...
What used to be Sculptures & Statues is now under our Garden Decor section. Here, you can find all decorative garden pieces including but not limited to, birdbaths, wall art, lanterns, kiwiana sculptures, and statues.
Another addition we have made to our product menu, is our Dragonstone section. You can now view this range directly from the main menu. Our Dragonstone range comes straight from the U.K. and offers everything including classic Italian sculptures like Venus De Milo, stunning birdbaths, urns and pots, and loads of cute creatures.
Our Pond treatments, such as Algaefix and Blanket Answer, as well as our Pond Liner and Underlay products are now under Ponds & Pond Care, along with our garden ponds and water feature reservoirs, so everything you need to set up and maintain your pond is all in one place!
We have also introduced two new modules to our site to hear more from our customers. A blog, which will be frequently updated with recent news, trends, and useful tips and tricks.
We have also introduced a reviews module, where you can review, rate and upload photos of your orders to share your experience with, as well as see what others have thought.
We wanted to update our website to better reflect the hard work we do at Stone & Water World, we are commited to giving our customers the best results, whether that's supplying decor for gardens, stones for paving areas, providing advice, or just getting your order to you on time. We needed a site that professionally showcases our products and services, and makes the journey from browsing to buying easy and enjoyable. We have created a clean, modern design and improved site navigation to help you find exactly what you're looking for and to better represent who we are as a company.
A big thank you to the team involved, including Geoff Sudgen, Jacob Reid, Russell Brown and the DigitalStream team, as well as Sandra Law and Hannan Munroe for their commitment and dedication to this project, without whom this would not be possible. We also thank you for your continued support and encouragement throughout this process and the amazing results you have helped us cultivate.
