Paradise paving is a New Zealand Oceanic schist found in the Northland region. It has distinct sedimentary lines and natural colours that create the texture and finish that separates it from any other commercially quarried stone available. Predominately a bluey-grey colour, featuring earthy colours from bronze tones and sandy browns, occasional white faces to slightly greener highlights. Natural schist paving is a beautiful alternative to concrete paving.
