Paradise schist is a New Zealand Oceanic schist found in the Northland region. It has distinct sedimentary lines and natural colours that create the texture and finish separating it from any other commercially quarried stone available. Predominately a bluey-grey colour, featuring earthy colours from bronze tones and sandy browns, occasional white faces to slightly greener highlights.
